Exam YearsAS and A Levels complete the International British Curriculum. AS Level meets the minimum requirement for university entrance, while full A Levels strengthen applications to competitive programmes worldwide. Students write externally assessed examinations at registered examination centres, and South African students can apply for a foreign qualifications exemption through the USAf Matriculation Board.
