Explore the parent experienceWhat is included in the fee?
Your estimate includes the selected tuition package, new-student registration and any applicable fees shown in the breakdown. Textbooks, devices and external examination-centre fees are excluded unless stated. Teaching support varies by package.
How are the starting subjects selected?
The calculator starts with a sample subject selection for your grade. It is a starting point for estimating fees, not a confirmed enrolment package. You can change the subjects and their support packages. A consultant will confirm required subjects, eligibility and availability.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Choose the instalment plan to see the instalment amount and the full-year total, including applicable fees. Choosing it commits you to paying the full course fee in ten equal instalments. On most pathways paying upfront costs less, and your summary shows the difference in both cash and percentage terms. On US K-12 the two plans come to the same total.
Are currency conversions exact?
International British, Pearson Edexcel and US K-12 are charged in US dollars. CAPS, KABV and IEB are charged in rand. Other currencies are indicative conversions. The date of the exchange rate appears in your summary; your bank’s rate may differ.
Are the live lessons compulsory?
Lessons run to a published timetable so your child learns alongside a class and a subject teacher, which is what makes this a school rather than a course. Attendance is expected and it is how teachers pick up problems early. Lessons are recorded where published, so a missed lesson can be caught up, and consultants can talk through a timetable that fits sport or travel before you enrol.
Can I choose different support for each subject?
Yes, where more than one package is published. Open the personalise panel in step 5 and choose the support level for each one. Your total updates immediately.
Are examination fees included?
External examination-centre fees are paid separately unless stated. The Grade 12 CAPS and KABV SACAI fee is calculated per selected subject and shown in your breakdown. It is payable upfront by 31 January and cannot be spread over instalments. US K-12 assessments are written online, so no examination-centre fees apply.
Can my child start during the year?
Several pathways allow a start during the year. Academic calendars, examination deadlines and subject availability vary, so speak to a consultant to confirm a suitable start date.
