The Student Tracker provides the third party with insights and information on the student's learning progress through dashboards and reports. By using the Student Tracker you explicitly agree to grant the selected person access to your personal information. You understand and agree that this is entirely at your own risk, and we accept no liability in this regard (including if you grant access to the wrong person(s)). The Terms, including our Privacy Policy, and our limitation of liability specifically apply to your use of the Student Tracker.
In order to use the Services, you must register as a student on the Site (www.cambrilearn.com/users/register). You will be required to provide the following information:

If you fail to follow these rules, we reserve the right to cancel your account. You must safeguard your password and supervise the use of your account. Each person must register their own account, and you are not permitted to allow anyone else to use your account.. We will assume that anyone using the Site or transacting through your account is you. You agree that you are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. If you discover that someone has used your account without your permission, you should report it to hello@cambrilearn.com
By registering as a student and using the Services, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian (where necessary), including their agreement to make payments for such Services.
Your account will only be activated once payment has been made and received by CambriLearn. For details of the different subscription types and payment methods, please see “Fees and Payment” below.
If you make an error and subscribe to the wrong levels and/or subjects, you must contact CambriLearn (accounts@cambrilearn.com) within 24 hours. CambriLearn will, at its sole discretion, determine the appropriate course of action to resolve the error, which may include, but is not limited to, a credit card refund, an EFT refund of the excess amount paid, or requiring you to pay any shortfall. Please refer to the “CambriLearn Subscription Cancellation Policy” below for additional information.
Tuition fees depend on the subjects you choose and your academic level. If you would like to consult with one of our experienced advisors, please book a consultation with us on the Home Page. Alternatively, you can send an email to hello@cambrilearn.com, and we will respond promptly.
Our prices are listed in US Dollars and/or South African Rand (depending on the curricula of choice), and currency conversions are managed by your bank and calculated at the time of payment.
Any quote provided by CambriLearn may include an indicative exchange rate for your convenience in translating the cost. However, this does not constitute a forward exchange contract. At CambriLearn’s sole discretion, we may honour the indicative exchange rate for a short period, which may be specified in your quote.
If you choose to purchase via Credit or Debit Card through our payment gateway and your card is in a different currency, your bank may charge you additional fees for currency conversion. CambriLearn is not liable for these fees.
Please note that we are unable to provide quotes in any currency other than what is specified on our platform.
Our tuition fees do not include the cost of textbooks or exams. Please note that IGCSE, AS, and A Level exams are administered by accredited Cambridge Exam Centres or British Councils, which charge separate fees..
Discounts may be offered from time to time at the sole discretion of CambriLearn. To be eligible for a discount, customers must meet the specific requirements outlined for each promotion. These requirements may include, but are not limited to, enrolment in certain courses, subscribing to a specific package, or purchasing services within a defined period. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases and are only valid for new subscriptions or services as specified in the promotional material.
Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other product or service unless explicitly stated. Discounts may only be used by the person or account to whom they were originally offered, and misuse or transfer of discounts may result in forfeiture of the discount and potential suspension of your account.
All discounts are subject to limitations as outlined in the promotional terms. These limitations may include restrictions on the number of times a discount can be applied, the services to which the discount applies, or minimum purchase amounts. Discounts may also have an expiry date, and any unused portion of the discount will be forfeited after the expiration date. CambriLearn reserves the right to modify or terminate any discount offer without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. Each discount is intended to be used individually, and attempting to stack discounts may result in the cancellation of one or more of the applied discounts.
CambriLearn reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any discount offer at any time without prior notice. In the event that a discount is applied incorrectly or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, CambriLearn reserves the right to remove the discount and adjust the total amount payable. Any discrepancies should be reported to CambriLearn’s support team immediately.
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription and revoke access to our services if you breach any of our terms (at our sole discretion) or if payment is not received.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee, which will be determined at our sole discretion.
Certain curricula may include fees for registration with educational bodies, such as SACAI for specific programs. These fees are payable upfront. Please note that our cancellation terms and conditions apply only to our tuition fees and do not cover these external registration fees. The fees for registering with such education bodies are non-refundable, as we ensure that you are adequately registered with the relevant authority. Upon completion of your registration, a confirmation will be provided to you. These fees are essential to secure your official standing with the educational body and cannot be reclaimed once the registration is finalized.
Subject changes will be treated in the same manner as subject cancellations. If you wish to change a subject after subscribing, the same terms and conditions for cancellations will apply and are further outlined below.
The cancellation fee may include, but is not limited to, bank charges, payment gateway fees, and reasonable costs for platform training, as well as educational service advice provided through consultations with our business developers and/or third-party affiliates. This fee is calculated in accordance with Section 17 of The Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008 of South Africa, ensuring that it is fair and reflective of the services rendered prior to cancellation.
As a guideline, the following are examples of cancellation fees that may apply:

CambriLearn is internationally accredited as an online school by Cognia, one of the world’s largest and most respected school accreditation authorities. Students who study with CambriLearn and take their Cambridge International GCSE and AS/A Level exams will receive accreditation directly from Cambridge International Examinations (CIE).
You are responsible for selecting your subjects and courses, and we bear no responsibility or liability for these decisions. The subjects you choose are important for your career and should be carefully considered with the guidance of your parents/guardian(s) and qualified advisors.
Courses are selected online through the Site.
Our advisors provide consultations and guidance to help you make informed decisions for your career. If you would like to speak with them, please book a consultation on our Home Page or send an email to hello@cambrilearn.com. However, the ultimate responsibility for your subject selection rests with you / your parents / guardian, and we cannot accept any liability if your choices disqualify you from further studies.
It is the responsibility of the parent and student to conduct the necessary research to ensure that the student meets the minimum requirements for university entrance and for their chosen university.
Assignments are created and marked by our teachers. Please ensure that you select the appropriate subscription package to suit your needs.
Assignments are available on the Site. Marking typically takes place within 8 (Eight) working days from the date the completed assignment is uploaded. However, this time frame is an estimate and may vary depending on the volume of assignments submitted.
Students must complete their assignments independently, as instructed, within the allowed time and using only permitted resources. Assistance from parents / friends / students or unauthorised resources (including online search engines or content generation engines) is strictly prohibited. We rely on both students and parents to act in good faith. If any student is found to have breached these conditions, or assisted someone else in doing so, the student(s) involved may be expelled from CambriLearn without any refund of fees paid.
CambriLearn provides and marks exams, with no additional exam fees for Standard and Premium subscription types applicable to Primary and Foundation packages. Please refer to the course specifics as this may change from time to time. The timing of the exams is entirely at the discretion of the student's family. Our teachers will offer guidance on whether the student is ready to write, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the parents and the student. Parents or guardians are required to administer the exams according to CambriLearn’s instructions, ensuring an environment that prevents cheating and adhering to the specified time limits for the exam.
From International GCSE upwards, as an independent learner, you are required to write the Cambridge International Exams at a Cambridge test venue that accommodates “private candidates”. Our teachers will offer guidance on whether the student is ready to sit for the exams, but the ultimate responsibility rests with the parents and the student. You are responsible for making your own exam arrangements with your preferred test centre and must liaise directly with them as only private candidates can register themselves. The cost of the exams is not included in our fees. You can find a test centre near you by using the following website: https://help.cambridgeinternational.org/hc/en-gb.
Exams may be written twice a year – in May and June, and in October and November each year. All schools or exam centres set their own exam fees to cover both Cambridge International costs and the use of their facilities and proctors. You should contact the exam centre at least three months ahead of time. Please note that certain subjects are only written once a year, at the end of the year.
9. Online Chat, Live Group Sessions (Q&A’s and Live Lessons)
Online Chat (Premium subscriptions only) - The online chat allows students to communicate with their teachers and ask questions. This service is available Monday to Friday during office hours, 8:00AM-5:00PM CAT (Central African Time), subject to teacher availability. Students may ask any work-related questions, and CambriLearn will endeavour to respond within 12 (Twelve) hours. Teachers may reply via text, voice notes or videos. We accept no liability if a teacher fails to respond to a question.
Live Group Sessions (or Q&A’s) (Premium subscriptions only) – these sessions take place weekly via an online video conference platform, allowing up to 50 students to join a session with their teacher, where they can ask questions on the subject. Students may be able to see and hear each other’s questions. By accessing the live group session (or Q&A) you consent to the use of your personal information for this purpose.
Live Lessons (available on various maths, science and English Premium and Standard subscriptions) – these are provided on an ad hoc basis and solely at our discretion. Teachers present a lesson on a specific topic, via an online video platform, to an unlimited number of attendees from around the world. Only the teacher is visible. These sessions may be recorded and used at a later stage (e.g. uploaded to the Site as additional content).
