What a typical week looks like
CambriLearn operates as a structured online school with a weekly rhythm of live teaching, independent coursework, and teacher-assessed assignments. Students follow a clear academic programme with rolling enrolment and recorded lessons.
Live Lessons with Specialist Teachers
45-minute live video sessions with qualified, subject-specialist teachers. Every subject is taught by a dedicated subject specialist. The first 30 minutes are recorded so students can rewatch anytime.
Interactive Coursework
Video lessons, exercises, worksheets, and practice papers structured week-by-week in the course outline. Students work through the content between live lessons.
Teacher-Marked Assessments
Submit assignments through the online campus. Teachers provide detailed, personalised feedback on each assignment. Mock examinations on Standard and Premium packages prepare students for formal exams.
Small-Group Q&A Sessions
30-minute live sessions where students ask questions, work through problems, and get real-time help from their subject teacher. Also a chance to interact with classmates in a small group setting.
Direct Teacher Access
Message teachers directly through the online campus via text, voice, or video (Premium). Available during business hours for academic questions. Your child's teacher knows their work and their progress.
Student Tracker Dashboard
Track completion, marks, and engagement in real time. Parents and students both have dashboard access. Academic support consultants monitor progress and proactively flag concerns.
Structured, with room for real life: CambriLearn combines weekly live lessons and teacher-marked assessments with independent coursework. Students can enrol at any time of year and all live lessons are recorded. The only exception is CAPS FET, which follows SACAI's structured academic calendar.

CambriLearn operates a structured formative assessment system designed to prepare students for external examinations. Every student receives ongoing teacher-marked assignments, progress tracking, and dedicated academic support. Our teachers hold recognised teaching degrees (BSc, BEd, PGCE, BA, or MA), are SACE registered, and have an average of 8+ years of classroom experience. Every subject is taught by a qualified specialist.
Teacher-marked assignments with personalised feedback
Every assignment is marked by your child's subject teacher and returned with detailed, individualised feedback to guide improvement.
Mock examinations and exam preparation
Standard and Premium packages include mock exams that replicate real exam conditions. Your child practises under timed conditions with teacher feedback on technique and content.
Real-time progress tracking
The Student Tracker dashboard shows completion rates, marks, and engagement for both students and parents. Academic support consultants monitor progress and proactively reach out when concerns arise.
CambriLearn manages exam logistics
As an approved Pearson Edexcel centre, CambriLearn handles exam registration and coordination. For CAPS and IEB, exam fees are processed by CambriLearn on the student's behalf through SACAI and IEB. For Cambridge qualifications, our consultants assist with centre identification and registration well in advance of each session.
