Student Tracker Dashboard

Track completion, marks, and engagement in real time. Parents and students both have dashboard access. Academic support consultants monitor progress and proactively flag concerns.

Structured with flexibility built in: CambriLearn combines weekly live lessons and teacher-marked assessments with self-paced coursework. Students can enrol at any time of year and all live lessons are recorded. The only exception is CAPS FET, which follows SACAI's structured academic calendar.

Assessment, exams, and academic support

CambriLearn operates a structured formative assessment system designed to prepare students for external examinations. Every student receives ongoing teacher-marked assignments, progress tracking, and dedicated academic support. CambriLearn manages exam logistics rather than leaving families to navigate the process alone.

Our teachers hold recognised teaching degrees (BSc, BEd, PGCE, BA, or MA), are SACE registered, and have an average of 8+ years of classroom experience. Every subject is taught by a qualified specialist.

Teacher-marked assignments with personalised feedback

Every assignment is marked by your child's subject teacher and returned within 8 working days with detailed, individualised feedback to guide improvement.

Mock examinations and exam preparation

Standard and Premium packages include mock exams that replicate real exam conditions. Your child practises under timed conditions with teacher feedback on technique and content.

Real-time progress tracking

The Student Tracker dashboard shows completion rates, marks, and engagement for both students and parents. Academic support consultants monitor progress and proactively reach out when concerns arise.

CambriLearn manages exam logistics

As a Pearson Edexcel-accredited centre, CambriLearn handles exam registration and coordination. For CAPS and IEB, exam fees are processed by CambriLearn on the student's behalf through SACAI and IEB. For Cambridge qualifications, our consultants assist with centre identification and registration well in advance of each session.

Common Questions

Everything you need to know

How long does it take to enrol?
Most families go from their first enquiry to their child's first lesson within a few days. CambriLearn's education consultants handle curriculum selection, package recommendations, and platform setup, so you don't navigate the process alone. You can enrol at any time of the year. Book a consultation and we'll walk you through everything.
What does a typical school day look like?
Students attend one 45-minute live lesson per subject per week with a qualified specialist teacher, then complete structured coursework and assignments at their own pace. Most students spend 3 to 5 hours per day on schoolwork. All live lessons are recorded. Premium students also get weekly Q&A sessions and direct teacher chat access.
Can my child start mid-year?
Yes. CambriLearn operates a rolling admissions model. Your child can start any day of the year and work through the structured curriculum at their own pace. The only exception is CAPS FET (Grades 10 to 12), which follows SACAI's academic calendar with set term dates.
Are CambriLearn's teachers qualified?
Yes. CambriLearn teachers hold recognised teaching degrees (BSc, BEd, PGCE, BA, or MA), are SACE registered, and have an average of 8+ years of classroom experience. Every subject is taught by a qualified specialist teacher, not a generalist covering multiple subjects. Live lessons, teacher-marked assignments, and Q&A sessions are all delivered by these subject experts.
How does CambriLearn handle exams?
CambriLearn manages exam logistics for enrolled students. As a Pearson Edexcel-accredited centre, CambriLearn handles exam registration and centre coordination for Edexcel qualifications. For CAPS and IEB, exam fees are processed by CambriLearn on the student's behalf through SACAI and IEB respectively. For Cambridge qualifications, our academic consultants assist families with exam centre identification and registration well in advance of each session. Find exam centres.
Do I need to buy textbooks?
It depends on the curriculum. British, CAPS, KABV, Pearson Edexcel, and IEB use prescribed textbooks alongside the interactive digital course content. The US K-12 curriculum is fully digital with no textbooks required. View textbook lists.
Will my child's qualifications be recognised?
Yes. CambriLearn is accredited by Cognia (36,000+ institutions across 85 countries) and is a Pearson Edexcel-accredited centre. CambriLearn is also registered with SACAI and IEB, and NCAA-approved. Certificates are issued directly by the examination body. Qualifications are accepted by universities worldwide, including all South African universities, Russell Group institutions, and international universities in 100+ countries.
What equipment does my child need?
A laptop or tablet with a stable internet connection. We recommend uncapped internet. Zoom is required for live lessons (one-time download). A printer is convenient but not essential. A scanning app is needed for some assignment submissions.
