How can I talk to my teacher?

Premium Package: 

You have access to message your teacher directly via an online message feature. 

To access this feature, click on the green 'Speak to a Teacher' button in the bottom right corner of the screen. All your subject teachers will appear in the pop-up window. You can message them directly with any questions you may have regarding coursework by clicking on their message/name.

Note that only the teachers for subjects that you have a Premium Package for will be listed.

Standard Students:

Students who are on the Standard Package can click the "Help" button in the right-hand corner of their screen. The question will be sent to the relevant teacher who will assist via email.
