Enrol or re-enrol by 23:59 SAST on Monday 30 November and your child’s tuition for the 2027 school year is charged at 2026 fees. Your first instalment on the 10-month plan, or 10% of an upfront payment, secures the lock and is non-refundable. Existing families lock in by re-enrolling for the next level. Extracurricular courses are excluded. Until the offer closes, the planner shows your 2026 fee next to the 2027 fee.

Your estimate includes the selected tuition package, new-student registration and any applicable fees shown in the breakdown. Textbooks, devices and external examination-centre fees are excluded unless stated. Teaching support varies by package.

The calculator starts with a sample subject selection for your grade. It is a starting point for estimating fees, not a confirmed enrolment package. You can change the subjects and their support packages. A consultant will confirm required subjects, eligibility and availability.

Yes. Choose the instalment plan to see the instalment amount and the full-year total, including applicable fees. Choosing it commits you to paying the full year’s tuition in ten equal instalments. On most pathways paying upfront costs less, and your summary shows the difference in both cash and percentage terms. US K-12 lists every package per subject, as ten monthly instalments or one upfront payment.

International British, Pearson Edexcel and US K-12 are charged in US dollars. CAPS, KABV and IEB are charged in rand. Other currencies are indicative conversions. The date of the exchange rate appears in your summary; your bank’s rate may differ.

Lessons run to a published timetable so your child learns alongside a class and a subject teacher, which is what makes this a school rather than a course. Attendance is expected and it is how teachers pick up problems early. Lessons are recorded where published, so a missed lesson can be caught up, and consultants can talk through a timetable that fits sport or travel before you enrol.

Yes, where more than one package is published. Open the personalise panel in step 5 and choose the support level for each one. Your total updates immediately.

External examination-centre fees are paid separately unless stated. For Grade 12 CAPS and KABV, the SACAI examination fee is charged per subject and shown in your breakdown. It is payable upfront by 31 January and cannot be spread over instalments. US K-12 assessments are written online, so no examination-centre fees apply.
