CambriLearn GOAT Campaign – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the We See The Goat in Every Child (in partnership with the GOAT movie) Campaign (“Campaign”), offered by CambriLearn in collaboration with SONY Pictures Animation (“Partners”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to these T&Cs.
1. Campaign Overview
The Campaign runs from Monday 12 January 2026 to Sunday 15 March 2026 (“Campaign Period”) and includes various digital promotional activities, competitions, giveaways and rewards designed to engage CambriLearn students, prospective families and the wider public.
2. Eligibility
- Open to residents of South Africa aged 13 years or older.
- Participants under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Employees, contractors and affiliates of CambriLearn, SONY Pictures Animation and associated agencies may participate but are not eligible to win prizes.
3. Entry Mechanics
Participants enter the Campaign automatically through enrolment or re-enrolment with CambriLearn during the Campaign Period.
Participants stand a chance to win bonus rewards by submitting video, photo or written entries.
4. Prizes & Rewards
Participants that enrol or re-enrol with CambriLearn during the campaign period stand a chance to win:
- 1 (one) of 10 (ten) pairs of movie tickets to see the GOAT movie in participating cinemas. These movie tickets will be provided to winners as unique codes that can be redeemed at Ster Kinekor cinemas only. The free movie ticket codes can be redeemed either through the Ster Kinekor website, Ster Kinekor app or at the self service terminals at Ster Kinekor cinemas. One code equals one movie ticket.
- 1 (one) of 5 (five) GOAT themed hampers valued at R1,000.00 (one-thousand Rand) each.
Participants that enter our Spot The Goat competition (by submitting video, photo or written entries), stand a chance to win bonus prizes which includes:
- 1 of 10 CambriLearn merchandise bundles valued at R1,500.00 (one-thousand-five-hundred Rand) each.
All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
CambriLearn reserves the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be randomly selected.
- Winners will be notified via email and/or phone.
- If a winner does not respond within **7 days**, CambriLearn reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
6. Content Submission & Usage Rights
By submitting any content (including but not limited to photos, videos or written submissions), you grant CambriLearn a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to:
- Use, modify, reproduce, publish and distribute the content for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Feature the content across digital channels, including websites, social media, email, and advertising.
You confirm that all submitted content:
- Is your own original work.
- Does not infringe any third-party rights.
- Contains no harmful, inappropriate or unlawful material.
7. Data Privacy
- Personal information collected during the Campaign will be processed in accordance with **CambriLearn’s Privacy Policy** and applicable data protection legislation.
- Data may be shared with SONY Pictures solely for the execution and fulfilment of the Campaign and will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing purposes.
8. Campaign Modifications
CambriLearn reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
- Update these T&Cs as necessary. Modified T&Cs will be posted on the Campaign page.
9. Liability
- CambriLearn and SONY Pictures are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
- By participating, you release CambriLearn, SONY Pictures and associated partners from liability for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or prize usage, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes arising will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.
