Lock In Your Fees for 2026 | Terms & Conditions

1. This Offer is valid from the 7th of August 2025, and closes at midnight on the 31st of October 2025 (SAST), any purchases made after this date will not be eligible.
2. The Offer applies to any grade and any package on the CAPS, KABV and British Curricula.
3. The Offer applies to new and existing students.
4. The Offer does not apply to extra-curricular courses. 
5. For Existing Students - This Offer locks in the current 2025 course fees for the next level subscription and is secured by making payment on the next level subscriptions. It does not affect current subscriptions.
6. The listed course fees reflect 2025 pricing, so no additional discount or voucher is required. 
7. You can choose to pay the full amount upfront; or spread the payment over 10 (Ten) instalments, billed monthly (subject to an additional charge).
8. Spreading the payment over 10 (Ten) instalments, billed monthly can only be paid via Bank Card.
9. Those opting for spreading the payment over 10 (Ten) instalments - need to make payment for the first instalment to secure their child’s place and qualify for the offer. The monthly billing will not be automatically paused, so if you would like to have the billing paused and continue instalment payments when you activate the courses, please communicate this with your Educational Consultant or contact accounts@cambrilearn.com to request the billing to be paused.
10. For upfront payments, you can pay by Bank Card, Instant EFT,  EFT or Bank Transfer.
11. EFT payments need to be made by the 31st of October 2025 to secure your child’s place and to qualify for the offer. Please send the proof of payment to accounts@cambrilearn.com.
12. Course activation can be delayed (Note: if the courses can be viewed on the student dashboard they have not been delayed, please contact accounts@cambrilearn.com)
    
    1. CAPS courses will be activated on the 12th of January 2026
    2. British International courses can be activated when the student is ready to commence.

13. When making payment on the 10 month instalment plan, access will be granted for the first instalment already paid. Billing will resume thereafter.
    (When resubscription is required, this will resume the subscription and billing immediately).
14. If purchasing on a profile with an existing billing then the instalment will go off on the same date as the existing subscription.
15. To secure the promotional pricing, the first installment or 10% of the upfront payment (whichever is applicable) is required as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit confirms the offer and is not transferable or refundable under any circumstances.
16. In cases of incorrect purchases or changes, adjustments may be made at our discretion, including the issuance of discount vouchers, access vouchers or processing upgrades/downgrades, subject to applicable administration fees.
17. Grade 12 CAPS is not available for direct purchase on our Fees page. An Educational Consultant can assist you in selecting your subjects and adding them to your cart for purchase. Please note that the SACAI fees for Grade 12 exam registration are payable upfront only.
