Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist with strong SEO expertise and the ability to execute across multiple digital channels.

You’ll lead initiatives that increase qualified traffic, generate inquiries, and improve conversion rates across our U.S. education brands. The role requires a mix of technical SEO skill, campaign management experience, and analytical insight, ideal for a marketer who enjoys building scalable growth systems that deliver measurable results.

Key Responbilities:

  • Plan and implement SEO strategies that drive organic visibility and lead generation.
  • Conduct keyword research, technical audits, and content optimisation to improve rankings and site performance.
  • Develop and manage email marketing and automation campaigns that nurture leads and boost engagement.
  • Support paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
  • Optimise landing pages and conversion funnels using data-driven experimentation.
  • Monitor key metrics (traffic, leads, CPL, CPA) and produce actionable performance reports.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Research and test emerging tools, channels, and tactics to uncover new growth opportunities.

Skills & Experiences:

  • 7+ years’ hands-on experience in growth, SEO, or digital marketing.
  • Proven success improving organic rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and link-building best practices.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Working knowledge of email automation tools (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Squarespace, Webflow, or comparable CMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data into insights.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to creative detail.
