Does South Africa recognise Cambridge qualifications?

British Curriculum:

The Advanced Subsidiary (AS) level is equivalent to a South African Grade 12 (matric), however there are strict requirements regarding subject combinations and exams sittings in terms of university exemption in South Africa. Please refer to  set out by Universities South Africa (USAf) which explains these requirements in detail.

CambriLearn is registered with SACAI and students completing Grade 12 will receive a South African National Senior Certificate.
