Terms and Conditions
- By registering for and/or attending any event organized by CambriLearn Online School, parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless CambriLearn Online School, its staff, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to participation in the event.
- CambriLearn Online School reserves the right to cancel any event at its sole discretion. Events may be cancelled without prior notice if there is insufficient interest or for any other reason deemed necessary by the school.
- In the event of a cancellation, CambriLearn Online School will provide a full refund to parents/guardians who have made payments to book their spot. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the cancellation notice.
- CambriLearn Online School will make reasonable efforts to inform parents/guardians of any cancellations or changes to the event schedule via email or other communication channels provided at the time of registration.
- CambriLearn Online School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from participation in the event or any cancellation thereof.
- By registering for the event, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
