CambriLearn strives to provide the best possible online schooling and support experience to all our parents and students.

We have outlined the following as our service commitment to you:

  • We are committed to responding to urgent support requests within 4 to 8 business hours, and all other support requests within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Our business hours are Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5pm, Central African Time, excluding South African Public Holidays.
  • We process cancellations and refunds within 21 business days.
  • We deliver report cards within 10 working days.

We may request additional information from you to help us resolve a support request. If we don't hear back from you after 48 hours, we will send you an email reminder. If we still don't hear back from you after a further 48 hours, we will close the support request. You may then open a new support request by sending an email to hello@cambrilearn.com, and we'll pick up right where we left off.
