On the Premium package, Q&A sessions are held once a week per subject so it can be very helpful to make use of the chat function between sessions. This article will take you through using the chat.
Wherever you are on the site, you’ll see a little green button in the corner called ASK A QUESTION. This is where you start a new conversation, and where all your existing conversations live.
If you click on “ASK A QUESTION”, a little box will pop up with your list of conversations. Click on a conversation with a teacher to continue it.
Students who are on the Standard package can click the "Help" button in the left hand corner of their screen, or send their question to email@example.com. The question will be sent to the relevant teacher who will assist.
